Legal & responsible use

Privacy notice

Draft for owner and legal review · Updated October 12, 2026

This notice describes the current app. The operator’s legal identity, public privacy contact, service-provider retention periods and request-handling process still require confirmation. It is not a completed compliance policy.

Accounts and public records

Sign-in is handled through Lovable Cloud and uses account identifiers and email information. Account roles control owner-only tools. Locked picks, selections, notes, odds, stakes and results are publicly readable so the betting record can be checked. Do not put personal or confidential information in ticket text.

Stored tickets are an analytical record, not wagers placed by this app. Browser-only custom tickets do not become part of that public record.

On your device

The app uses browser storage for sign-in sessions, slips, custom tickets, shooter favorites and saved owner board cards. These can remain between visits. Removing a slip or custom ticket removes that local item; clearing this site’s browser storage removes local preferences and may sign you out.

Clearing browser storage does not delete an account or the public record. No account-deletion or privacy-request workflow is currently offered in the app.

Connected services

Hosting, authentication and error-reporting services process requests needed to run the app. Sports statistics and prices come from services including NHL feeds, ESPN and The Odds API. Images and fonts may be requested from third-party hosts, which can receive network information such as an IP address.

Owner research and news tools may use AI services. Do not submit private information to research prompts. Provider processing, hosting logs, international transfers and any analytics must be reviewed before the final policy is approved.

Retention and requests

The app does not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule to stored account-related records or locked tickets. Provider log and backup retention has not been verified. The owner must establish retention and a working contact for access, correction and deletion requests, including any legally required exceptions.

The intended audience is adults 21 and older. The owner must review age-related handling, applicable privacy rights and incident-response procedures with qualified counsel.
